The Guest Player Program connects coaches and players who want to have the Challenge Cup experience. This is an opportunity for young players to show their talent in front of dozens of clubs from all around the World and live a unique international experience.

Clubs already confirmed for the next edition are looking for new players to give them the opportunity to represent their club and increase the quality on their teams. Submit a player registration to know more or refer a friend that could get interested in joining the Challenge Cup.
What is the deadline to confirm a player?
April 30: Last day to register for the guest player program
How do I confirm a player?
After submitting the player registration, you will receive instructions, via e-mail or phone call, how to proceed with the payment and get in touch with the team that will receive the player.
What happens after I submit the deposit?
After we receive your deposit, the player will be confirmed in the Challenge Cup and added to the respective team roster.
The travel to Algarve is included?
The travel to the tournament region (Algarve) is not included.
Which airport do we fly in and out of?
Lisbon Airport (LIS) or Faro (FAO). Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a staff member.
We do not recommend to book flights on the departure date with a departure hour before 17:00 (the player may miss the finals).
Bring the passport or a copy of the identification document ready upon arrival at the accommodation for the check-in.
Check-in is after 14:00. If the teams want to check-in before 14:00 they will have to pay an extra night.
Check-out is until 10:00.
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be served at the accommodation place.
Drinks are included (water and juice).
Early breakfasts must be informed at the reception the night before.
The organization is not responsible for adjusting meals outside the normal hours of accommodation.
The lunch on Sunday is at the school nearby the stadium of the finals for all participants.

Your registration will be confirmed as soon as the receipt of payment has been confirmed in the bank account.
Cancellation 60 days before the start of the tournament - 0% Cancellation fee of the total amount per person.
Cancellation 59 to 30 days before the start of the tournament - 50% Cancellation fee of the total amount per person.
Cancellation 29 days before the start of the tournament – 100% Cancellation fee of the total amount per person.
