FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Easter edition takes place in Paredes, in northern Portugal, during April, while the Summer edition is held in the Algarve, in southern Portugal, during June. Both editions offer a vibrant international atmosphere, but each provides a unique cultural and regional experience from the green landscapes of the north to the sunny beaches of the south.

If you’re 18 or over at least one month before the start of the event – and if you’re motivated and available on the relevant dates – we’d love to hear from you! Depending on the role you apply for, further criteria and availability requirements may apply.

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be provided at the accommodation venue.
  • Drinks (water and juice) are included.
  • Early breakfasts must be requested at the reception desk the night before.
  • The organization cannot guarantee adjustments to meals outside the regular accommodation schedule.
  • Each participant must present a passport or a copy of their identification document upon arrival at the accommodation for check-in.

  • Check-in: from 14:00. Teams wishing to check in earlier will be required to pay for an additional night.

  • Check-out: until 10:00.

No. Travel to the tournament regions (Paredes – Easter or Algarve – Summer) is not included.

Which airport should we fly in and out of?

  • For the Algarve Tournament: Faro Airport (FAO) or Lisbon Airport (LIS).

  • For the Paredes Tournament: Porto Airport (OPO).
    Upon arrival, a staff member will be there to welcome you.

When should we book return flights?
We strongly advise not booking flights on the final day with a departure time before 17:00, as players may miss the finals.

How do I confirm a player?
Once you submit the player registration form, you will receive detailed instructions by email or phone. These will guide you through the payment process and connect you with the team that will welcome the player.

What happens after I submit the deposit?
After the deposit is received, the player’s participation in the Challenge Cup will be officially confirmed, and their name will be added to the roster of the respective team.

Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified in our bank account.

  • Up to 60 days before the start of the tournament – No cancellation fee (0% of the total amount per person).

  • From 59 to 30 days before the start of the tournament – 50% cancellation fee of the total amount per person.

  • Less than 30 days before the start of the tournament – 100% cancellation fee of the total amount per person.
